WELCOME TO DIM – THE GERMAN FURNITURE TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE ROSENHEIM

DIM is a technical and scientific service provider and testing laboratory which specializes in the quality assessment of furniture, fittings and other furniture supplies.

Working in partnership with the Technical University of Rosenheim, our institute combines academic and technical expertise with many years of experience. We provide services tailored to each customer’s individual needs. We will identify the best solution for you and provide the highest standard of support for furniture development, design and testing at your company.

Our test engineers are your personal consultants. They test and monitor your products in the various sections of the lab.

As a furniture industry partner, we are actively involved in national and international standards organizations during the generation and revision of industry standards. Moreover, in partnership with the University of Rosenheim, DIM Rosenheim also supports the furniture and furniture supplies industry on their R&D projects and provides specialized advanced training.
